The old ratings from (over) 2 years ago seem like talking about a different company.
There is a lot of pretending that everything is good and nice - However this is far from being the reality.
Middle and upper Management acts narcissistically and self interested.
Most employees are nice - However whren it comes to problems a lot of them react opportunistic and scared. This might be a problem of age and unexperience.
Managemenr rarely communicates decisions etc., and when they do it's very vague and non telling.
Upper Management supports people not because of competence, but because of kissing their back. This trickles down the line.

Maybe only existent if you play by the rules -> "Do not use your own head"
Gehalt / Sozialleistungen
Loud uncreative office.
Umwelt- / Sozialbewusstsein
- Sorry to say, but the mother company should replace the management with competent and skilled people.
It could be worse - If that is something good for you take it like that.
There is no chance for open minded creative people to make use of their skills.
