Analytics & Intelligence - Lead Analyst (Pharma CRM Measurement & Analytics)
As a Lead Analyst, you will support the Pharma CRM Platform team by building and optimizing measurement frameworks. You will lead the development of strategic performance scorecards, engagement metrics, and activity-based KPIs to inform CRM platform improvements and commercial impact.
Responsibilities
- Design and build CRM performance scorecards and dashboards for home office and field teams.
- Develop and track activity-based metrics such as engagement velocity and call planning adherence.
- Measure engagement timeliness and call quality to identify improvement areas.
- Establish a standard CRM measurement framework and KPI dictionary for consistent reporting.
- Quantify the value of high- versus low-impact engagements and identify patterns in customer segmentation.
- Evaluate CRM workflows and recommend optimization strategies.
- Translate business strategy into measurable KPIs and reporting requirements.
- Support leadership reviews with executive-ready insights.
- Partner with CRM Product and Operations teams to deliver analytics solutions.
- Provide guidance to junior analysts and contribute to best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Technology, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, or Business Analytics.
- 6 to 12 years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or sales operations.
- Strong experience in CRM engagement analytics and performance measurement, preferably in pharma or healthcare.
- Mandatory knowledge of Veeva CRM or Salesforce CRM data structures.
- Hands-on experience with CRM systems from an analytics perspective.
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and BI tools like Power BI or Tableau.
- Experience with cloud data platforms such as AWS.
- Strong analytical thinking, hypothesis-driven problem solving, and excellent storytelling and presentation skills.
