Principal Commercial Training Consultant

The Position

As a Commercial Training Consultant, you will partner with business stakeholders to analyze knowledge gaps and design, develop, and implement a consistent commercial training system. Your role involves evolving this system to meet future organizational needs and ensuring a high-quality learning experience.

Main Tasks & Responsibilities

• Develop and implement annual training plans to support organizational goals and individual professional development.
• Identify training requirements and collaborate with internal and global partners to create customized training strategies and solutions.
• Develop training materials and deploy bilingual (English and Mandarin) online and offline training sessions.
• Establish measurement mechanisms to evaluate training effectiveness and provide feedback to the business.
• Manage training communication plans and budgets to maximize return on investment.
• Execute additional projects as assigned by the line manager.

Education & Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Clinical Laboratory, Medical, or a business-related major.
• Strong facilitation, consultation, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Training expertise is required; healthcare industry background is a plus.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience.
• Proven experience in project management, cross-functional collaboration, and driving business impact.
