Junior Application Specialist für den Bereich Core Lab Application im Regionalen Kundenservice Center Labordiagnostik (m/w/d)

Roche is seeking a Product Specialist for the Core Lab Application team at the Regional Customer Service Center (RCSC) in Mannheim. This role provides remote support via phone and email for Roche analysis systems, primarily serving customers in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to customers and field service staff.
• Identify customer-specific issues, develop solutions, and implement appropriate measures.
• Document all activities accurately within the CRM system.
• Occasionally assist field colleagues with service assignments in customer laboratories.

Requirements

• Fluent in German; good proficiency in English (written and spoken). Additional language skills (Dutch, Greek, Turkish) are an advantage.
• Completed training as a medical/biological technical assistant (MTA/BTA) or a degree in biology, biochemistry, or a related scientific field.
• Ideally, initial professional experience in a medical-technical environment, such as a medical laboratory or customer service/sales.
• Strong interest in applicative problem-solving and methodical troubleshooting.
• High motivation for customer satisfaction and strong teamwork skills.
