  • Regular questions. If you read, for example, the book "Das perfekte Vorstellungsgespräch", you'll be well-prepared.
  • As above: competency-based questions regarding utilities. All about energy and technology trends and developments in the field, about my knowledge and standpoints. Describe how you carried out benchmarking analyses, supply chain analyses and stakeholder management activities. How I did what was the core of the face-to-face interviews. I was also asked to design an Excel table on a flip chart, introduce risk factors into the table and describe how I would calculate costs in a number of cases.

We are aware, that in some few cases, we currently cannot reply as quick as we’d like to.
