Home Office, 4-Tage Woche, flexible Arbeitszeiten
Durchschnittliches aber konkurrenzfähiges Gehalt, hervorragendes Gesamtpaket

Not a safe place to be especially as people are not collaborative and opened enough to answer.
With 4-day per week is very unhelpful to manage the amount of work and especially if you are conditioned by a bad management.
Nice to have them :)
Worst experience ever had! In the branch is well known to be a bad manager, we still do not know why to have around people that condition other people´s health.
Slow and non-effective.
Lowest salary ever!
Women and Men are not earning the same based on experience.
Ultra Flexible, toller Zusammenhalt zwischen den Teams. Schnelle einfach Kommunikation.

Offen, schnell und effizient
It depends a bit on the area and manager, but the goal and direction is a great atmosphere and fair treatment of everyone and it has gotten a lot better over the recent years.
Awin styles itself as "the good guys" in online marketing and is generally living up to that aspiration.
The introduction of the 4-day-work week is a huge step and is just one of the ways that the company is going above and beyond in an effort to enable work-life-balance for their staffs.
Depending on the team and manager your mileage may vary, but the overall expectation of the senior management is to make this a priority.
For the longest time there was very little conscious effort and planning. However there is a new initiative now that seems very promising and helpful to support personal development and give career aspirations more structure.
Benefits are nice and varied, but the base salary is not attempting to beat market values. There is little salary transparency available across the group and only little external benchmarking information available.
There are very few exceptions to the generally open and cooperative attitudes of colleagues.
It is very clearly a former start up and as such there are very few people over the age of 45 in the company. Since most job openings in the company that are filled externally are for more junior positions new hires also tend to be on the younger side.
There are great improvements and a conscious efforts to establish a clear and specific feedback culture and most managers do a decent job of it.
Regular All Hands Meetings provide overall group information and most managers make an effort to be as open as possible with information. Sometimes things get lost in translation or are disseminated less widely than maybe they should.
Fluent English is a must have though.
There is a lot of awareness and conscious, tangible effort to fix any historically grown imbalances and in most regions and areas of the company you see unusually balanced gender compositions across the leadership levels.
Your mileage will vary widely depending on what area of the business you are working in, but most do make an effort to provide varied and interesting tasks.
Be aware, mobbing is a very important part of their culture.
Now with this new 4 days working policy they tried to wash out other things. However if you are not luckiest one you will find yourself overloaded of tasks to do and complete when other colleagues of you are smoking and making smoking breaks for more than 20 minutes each. However if you do not smoke you cant be one of those to get that benefit. At the end it is more rentable to become a smoker...
Salaries are pretty low. If you ask for a increase they will say it is not possible. However if they hire new people be aware they will get more than you get, because the experience does not count at all.
It depends basically in the department you landed. There are departments where colleagues are nice and willing to help and other department where people is just to “busy” for even say good morning.
As usual, the communication is not open within Team and you cant expect to be inform of any changes or decision in time.
So verdient kununu Geld.
