Not terrible before inflation, now not enough with the situation. Yearly increases are ridiculous. Increases after promotions are also not enough and not up for negotiation. Yearly bonus is not really fair or transparent. No additional benefits at all (gym, transport, discounts).

Way under average

At the beginning the basic salaries were pretty basic and under industry-average. Some people joining later got better conditions. The commission can be good but it all depends on what territory or business space you get assigned. Your skills do very little to change that. They adjust your salary each year according to inflation which is a good thing and should not be taken for granted.

Apparently, recently improved and competitive in the business of market research providers. In my time, inadequate to work performance. Everyone recieved a top-up as inflation adjustment, which is pretty fair.
