I need to add that a temp agency hired for this position. But I am very disappointed that a high company like google is treating people this way. Especially because this is quite the opposite of their values and company culture. I got ghosted after two interviews. They told me they would get back to me in a few days. Never heard from them again. They also do not reply to my emails. The interviews were both very short 30min and you could really feel the time pressure trying to fit in all the relevant questions. In my opinion it was too short.

One of the interviewers had a very bad internet connection and was actually disconnected several times, then we ran out of time for 3-4 minutes, then he already had a blaming attitude that we ran out of time as if it is applicant's fault that he was disconnected several times and wasted the interview time. Other than that, the question they ask is really general and in the end they draw very detailed conclusions about the cognitive and analytical skills of the people.

Google is a not only an employer, it is a globally well known brand!!It is very sad to see what kind of unambitious people are working in HR at a global player like Google. Being late for 4 minutes to the interview and then taking 12 minutes only out of 30 minutes to assess a senior level role. Showing zero interest finding out about the candidate´s experience, fully annoyed by the questions candidate asks the recruiter in a web based call, giving the candidate the information to plan the next stage interviews , but sending a very impolite message with a rejection not to pursuit with the interview process.
I can tell that there are a lot of deficits in the choice you make for your HR professionals dear Googlees! Very said, because I really admired you not only as a brand but extremly as an employer. Probably there was a highly political argument about the recruitment process.

Keine Verbesserungsvorschläge. Der Prozess war sehr transparent und gut strukturiert. Die Sinnhaftigkeit der einzelnen Schritte ist sofort ersichtlich. Alle Gesprächspartner waren hochmotiviert, freundlich, zeigten echtes Interesse an der Person und waren super im Umgang mit einem nervösen Bewerber.
So verdient kununu Geld.
