Non-professional "technical" interview, non-transparent & non-existing feedback - waste of everybody's time

Technical interview process relies on a subjective decision of a single person of questionable competency resulting in a negative selection of candidates, thats bad for the company. I received not a single meaningful technical question on the interview! Interview should rely on strict and more objective criteria. There should exist a small test with selection of REAL technical questions, possibly with more than one interviewer. Don't just do a chit-chat talk with the candidate and waste everybody's time.
Feedback is disrespectful, almost non-existing, it provides no details, and it takes two days to get it. Two days is too much for that kind of "feedback". Give more details and/or faster feedback.
