osition Overview

As an L&D Facilitator you deliver engaging and effective learning experiences across multiple delivery channels (in-person, virtual, and hybrid) that enhance employee performance and align with business objectives. You execute established training programs, ensuring consistent delivery of content, and maintaining high levels of participant engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare the training environment to support the training

• Deliver standardized training programs using established materials and methodologies

• Track and report on training metrics, including attendance, completion, and satisfaction rates

• Maintain training materials and resources, suggesting updates based on participant feedback

• Adapt training materials and resources for different audiences when required

Functional Competencies

• Good presentation and public speaking skills

• Proficiency in virtual training platforms and learning technologies

• Knowledge of adult learning principles and facilitation techniques

• Ability to manage group dynamics and create inclusive learning environments

Minimum requirements for internal applicants:

• Must be a regular and active team member of TELUS Digital Morocco.

• Must have no active disciplinary sanctions at the time of application.

• For Lateral Movement

  • Must have a minimum of six (6) months of continuous tenure in the current role.

  • Scorecard Rating Criteria:

    • Application for the same role: Must have achieved an “Developing” rating or higher, with a six (6)-month average on the performance scorecard.

    • Application for a different role, same job level: Must have achieved an “Achieving” rating or higher, with a six (6)-month average on the performance scorecard.

• For Promotion Movement

  • For Associate to Support applications:

    • Must have a minimum of one (1) year of tenure in the current role. 

    • Must have achieved an “Achieving” rating or higher, based on a six (6)-month average performance scorecard & 'Achieving' Annual Rating in the last performance review. 

    • Certificate of Completion in Leadership 101 & Explore course in MyGrowth.

  • Managers and above applications:

    • Must have a minimum of two (2) years of tenure in the current role. 

    • Must have achieved an “Achieving” rating or higher, based on a six (6)-month average performance scorecard & 'Achieving' Annual Rating in the last performance review.
