For a global automotive supplier based east of Munich, we are currently seeking you for a permanent position (salary range approx. EUR 70,000 gross per year / 38.5 hours per week) as Legal Specialist (m/f/x).

Your Tasks:

• Draft and review a broad range of commercial and corporate agreements, including NDAs, service agreements and purchase contracts
• Conduct legal research on applicable laws, regulations and case law, particularly in commercial and corporate matters
• Monitor regulatory developments and support compliance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements
• Support corporate governance activities, including preparation and review of corporate documentation and meeting materials
• Maintain statutory records and corporate registers in accordance with applicable requirements
• Identify and assess legal risks arising from day-to-day business activities
• Support the management of legal matters, including documentation, evidence gathering and case administration
• Maintain and organize legal databases, documentation and corporate records

Your Profile:

• Completed law degree in Germany or equivalent legal qualification from another European country
• Initial practical experience through legal clerkships, internships, research positions or comparable roles
• Knowledge of commercial and civil law, ideally with exposure to related legal areas
• Strong analytical and communication skills with a pragmatic, solution-oriented approach
• High accuracy and efficiency in contract review and drafting
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and tight deadlines simultaneously
• Strong organizational skills, initiative and hands-on mentality
• Very good MS Office skills
• Fluent written and spoken English; conversational German skills
