Connectivity Support Specialist

Deine Aufgaben

• Provide expert customer support for connectivity-related issues, including internet access, Wi-Fi networks, mobile data, and device connections.
• Troubleshoot network problems such as slow speeds, dropped connections, router configurations, and hardware compatibility.
• Assist customers with setting up and optimizing their home or business network solutions.
• Educate customers on best practices for maintaining a stable and secure network connection.
• Guide customers through firmware updates, network security settings, and troubleshooting procedures.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate technical teams when necessary.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and technical resolutions.
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging network technologies, and troubleshooting techniques.

Dein Profil

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience: Previous experience in technical support, IT helpdesk, or networking support preferred.
• Languages: Fluency in English is required.

Skills:

• Strong understanding of network configurations, Wi-Fi troubleshooting, and connectivity solutions.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts in a clear and accessible way.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting tools, customer service software, and remote support applications.
• Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple customer inquiries efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Other: Availability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
