Card Services Specialist

Deine Aufgaben

• Assist customers with inquiries related to card services, including account balances, transaction disputes, and card activation.
• Resolve issues related to lost, stolen, or damaged cards and guide customers through the replacement process.
• Provide detailed information about card benefits, fees, and rewards programs.
• Investigate and resolve fraud or unauthorized transaction claims, ensuring prompt resolution in line with company policies.
• Handle customer concerns and complaints, ensuring a positive and professional experience.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the company’s card products, services, and security protocols.
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer satisfaction and resolve complex issues.
• Document all customer interactions and transaction details in the company’s customer management system.

Dein Profil

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience: Previous experience in customer service, banking, or financial services preferred.
• Languages: Fluency in English is required.

Skills:

• Strong communication and active listening skills to understand and address customer needs.
• Proficiency in customer service platforms and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to handle sensitive customer data and financial information with confidentiality and accuracy.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Other: Availability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
