Das sind deine Aufgaben:
- Eigenverantwortliche Durchführung der Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnung
- Aufbereitung von Daten für die Finanzbuchhaltung
- Betreuung der Zeitwirtschaft und Erstellung von Statistiken
- Durchführung des monatlichen und jährlichen Meldewesens
- Beratung von Mitarbeitenden zu abrechnungsrelevanten Themen
- Pflege der Personalstammdaten und Führung der Personalakten
Das solltest du mitbringen:
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung
- Fundierte Berufserfahrung in der Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnung
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere Excel
- Hohe IT-Affinität und Erfahrung im Umgang mit Abrechnungssystemen
- Diskretion und Sensibilität im Umgang mit personenbezogenen Daten
- Teilzeit Option ab 30 Wochenstunden ist möglich, mit bis zu maximal 2 Home Office Tagen in der Woche
