Deine Aufgaben

• Provide expert-level support for customers with inquiries related to cryptocurrency accounts, transactions, and platforms.
• Assist customers with managing digital wallets, buying, selling, and transferring cryptocurrencies.
• Resolve technical issues and help customers understand blockchain, cryptocurrency regulations, and the functionality of digital wallets and exchanges.
• Educate customers on cryptocurrency security best practices, including safe storage and transaction protection.
• Troubleshoot account-related problems, including login issues, transaction discrepancies, and wallet access.
• Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex issues and provide timely updates to customers.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, regulations, and innovations in the cryptocurrency space to provide accurate information.
• Document customer interactions and technical issues accurately in the customer management system.

Dein Profil

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: Previous experience in customer service, cryptocurrency platforms, blockchain technology, or financial services is preferred.
• Languages: Advanced fluency in English is required.

Skills:

• Strong understanding of cryptocurrency, blockchain technology, digital wallets, and security practices.
• Ability to explain complex cryptocurrency topics clearly to customers in simple, accessible language.
• Proficiency in customer service software, cryptocurrency platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Other: Availability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
