Fintech Specialist

Deine Aufgaben

• Provide customer support for fintech products, including digital wallets, online payments, mobile banking, and other related services.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues customers experience with fintech platforms, offering clear guidance and solutions.
• Assist customers with account management, transaction inquiries, and security concerns related to fintech services.
• Educate customers on how to use fintech products and services, ensuring they maximize the benefits of these tools.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues and improve the customer experience.
• Stay up to date with the latest trends in fintech, new product features, and regulatory changes in the financial sector.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in the company’s customer management system.
• Provide proactive solutions to enhance customer satisfaction and improve service delivery.

Dein Profil

Education: High school diploma or equivalent

Experience: Previous experience in customer service, fintech, or financial services is preferred.

Languages: Fluency in English is required.

Skills:

• Strong technical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot fintech platforms and digital financial tools.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to explain complex technical information clearly to customers.
• Proficiency in customer service software, fintech platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Other: Availability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
