PURPOSE/SUMMARY

• Drive execution of the global portfolio innovation roadmap for Service Marketing & Sales, in alignment with the Global Head of Portfolio Innovation.
• Translate strategic portfolio priorities into scalable initiatives, requirements, and deployment plans across regions, ensuring measurable business impact (e.g., growth, attach, renewal, margin).
• Collect, consolidate, and synthesize regional customer insights and business opportunities, and feed them into the portfolio governance and decision-making process.
• Enable downstream Marketing and Sales execution by developing value propositions, toolkits, processes, and change management support for portfolio innovations.
• Will be responsible to own and drive Asset Management Portfolio for OLYSENSE within the ESE organization (act as a Solution Lead), not more than 50% of his/her time

Your responsibilities

• Own delivery plans for assigned digital portfolio innovation workstreams (e.g., contract portfolio modernization) including scope, milestones, and success metrics.
• Drive cross-functional alignment with Regions, Repair Service, Digital Unit, ESE, BU stakeholders, Finance, Legal/Compliance and Operations to ensure feasibility and adoption.
• Structure and run governance routines (workshops, steering prep, decision logs) and provide recommendations for portfolio decisions (enhance / standardize / retire).
• Translate customer and regional insights into clear requirements and value propositions; develop playbooks, sales enablement assets, and launch toolkits.
• Support development of business cases and revenue models for new/updated services; monitor performance and propose corrective actions based on KPIs.
• Lead change management for deployment, including stakeholder mapping, communication, training approach, and feedback loops with regions.
• Ensure documentation and process adherence for portfolio standards (e.g., offering definitions, pricing guardrails, contractual templates in partnership with CLM and Legal).

Your qualifications

• Sufficient experience in digital portfolio management or a product/marketing role for high-tech industry, preferably MedTech
• Proven track record of successfully delivering new portfolio introductions in large-scale, cross-functional and international projects
• Strong experience in the domain of Software Product Development and Commercialization of those
• 5+ years of experience in Sales and/or Marketing, preferably within the Medical Device or Pharmaceutical industry
• 3-5 years leadership experience
• Portfolio and product management skills (roadmapping, lifecycle management, requirements definition)
• Strong business case, financial modelling, and KPI management capabilities
• Experience with commercialization / go-to-market enablement (sales tools, training concepts, launch readiness) for digital offerings
• Cross-functional project leadership and facilitation (workshops, governance meetings, decision documentation)
• Contracting/process understanding preferred (e.g., CLM, service contract terms, offer definitions)
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field is required. Master’s degree or MBA is preferred
