What you will do
As a Senior ServiceNow Consultant, you will support our clients in the implementation, further development, and optimization of modern enterprise service management solutions based on the ServiceNow platform.
- You will analyze our clients’ requirements and translate business requirements into tailored ServiceNow solutions
- You will configure and implement ServiceNow applications
- You will conduct workshops, gather requirements, and advise our clients on ServiceNow best practices
- You will work closely with solution architects and developers to implement scalable and future-proof platform solutions
- You’ll assist with testing, user acceptance testing UAT, training, and go-live activities
- You’ll actively contribute to the further development of our implementation methods, templates, and consulting standards
Who you are
- A successfully completed degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience as a ServiceNow Consultant or ServiceNow Developer with direct customer contact
- Strong knowledge of one or more ServiceNow modules e.g., ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, etc.
- Experience conducting client workshops and translating business requirements into technical solutions
- Strong communication and consulting skills, as well as a client-focused approach
- Excellent written and spoken German and English
- Willingness to travel as required by project needs
