You can look forward to these exciting tasks during your training:

• Combining technical and business content with a balanced ratio of approximately 60% technology and 40% business to develop interdisciplinary skills
• Preparing students to take on demanding project responsibilities in a national and international environment by teaching methodological skills and entrepreneurial thinking
• Acquisition of in-depth knowledge of the development, planning, and marketing of technical products in a practical and future-oriented study environment
• Teaching of sound theoretical principles as part of the dual study program in industrial engineering at the Baden-Württemberg Cooperative State University in combination with practical application in our company
• Free choice of training departments, such as project management, business development, and validation, as well as other exciting areas of the company, to individually shape your career path

This is what you bring to us:

• Strong general or subject-specific university entrance qualification (with a successfully passed aptitude test at the Cooperative State University, if applicable)
• Very good to good grades in mathematics and physics/chemistry
• Flexibility, willingness to learn, determination and initiative
• Willingness to spend the theoretical study phases in Baden-Württemberg at the Friedrichshafen campus in Ravensburg

You can expect fair compensation from us:

• 1st year of training: 1.403,00 Euro
• 2nd year of training: 1.485,00 Euro
• 3rd year of training: 1.572,00 Euro
