Your Prospective Job:

For our renowned customer Airbus Defence and Space you are acting as a Technical Specialist - NormMaster Application & Operations (m/f/d) at the location Taufkirchen.

Your Responsibilities:

• System Administration & Application Management: Manage and optimize the NormMaster application architecture, ensuring high availability, performance, and cross-team data consistency.
• Full-Stack Maintenance: Maintain, debug, and improve existing application workflows and interfaces built using PHP, JavaScript, pure HTML, and CSS.
• L2 Technical Support: Act as the technical point of contact to troubleshoot and resolve complex platform access, bugs, and data issues for internal and external users.
• Order Processing & Data Operations: Oversee the end-to-end processing of customer orders within the platform, ensuring data integrity and technical alignment with business workflows.
• Database Administration: Manage data import/export processes and execute Oracle SQL tasks to guarantee data structure validity and smooth migrations.
• Automation & Scripting: Set up, maintain, and monitor automated scripts using Python and Linux Shell Scripting (Bash) to streamline daily operations and system tracking.

Your Profile:

• Completed studies in computer science or a comparable qualification
• Several years of work experience in IT / Information Systems
• Experience in application management, L2 support, or system administration is required
• Practical experience in working with relational databases, specifically Oracle SQL, for data validation, connection setups, and querying is mandatory
• Customer-oriented mindset for L2 support
• Experience installing and configuring software on Linux servers
• Solid foundations in full-stack web technologies, specifically PHP, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
• Functional scripting skills in Linux Shell (Bash) and/or Python for automation and monitoring tasks
• Fluent English skills, both spoken and written
• Spanish, French or German skills are a plus
