- Experience in one or more Go To Market functions or roles, such as Account Executive, Business Development, Marketing, Sales Engineering, Account Management, Customer Success, Partnerships, or related commercial roles.
- Experience in a B2B SaaS environment is preferred.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- A proactive, curious, and resourceful mindset.
- Ability to understand customer, market, or business needs and translate them into value-driven solutions, experiences, or outcomes.
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally in fast-paced environments.
- Fluency in German (C2) and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience working in the DACH market.
