• Advising our clients on solutions in the areas of IT services and IT outsourcing
• Collaborating and coordinating with colleagues from specialized departments - such as networking, workplace, etc. - to further optimize our infrastructure and that of our clients
• Identifying and processing client requirements and developing solution proposals in collaboration with the sales team
• Presenting sophisticated solution proposals to C-level executives
• Participating in workshops and technology days
• Ensuring our service quality in the area of customer SLAs together with the relevant staff
• Needs assessment and analysis, design, and further development of IT service management processes Incident, Problem, Change, etc. within the framework of the device and customer lifecycle
• Conducting service and project reviews with customers and managing or participating in internal and external meetings relevant to service delivery
• Responsible for the operational and continuous improvement of existing services life cycle
• Providing technical leadership to a team of up to 10 employees
• Authorizing and documenting all changes to the IT infrastructure and its components configuration items

• Degree in Computer Science/Business Informatics or a completed IT vocational training program
• Several years of professional experience in the planning, design, and further development of complex IT environments and related IT projects
• Expert knowledge in the field of data backup and recovery, preferably with Commvault
• Solid knowledge of data center IT - servers, storage, networking, and hybrid IT
• Experience in the technical leadership and management of hybrid teams remote and on-site
• Analytical skills, the ability to think abstractly, and strong strategic competence
• High level of initiative, along with an independent, systematic, and meticulous approach to work, combined with a strong customer focus
• Ability to work independently, along with strong communication and teamwork skills
• High level of innovation and a results-oriented mindset Quick learner with the ability to independently analyze complex issues
• Strategic development of key accounts in collaboration with Key Account Management
• Experience in managed services, executing outsourcing projects, and service management e.g., ITIL is desirable
• Very good written and spoken German, as well as at least a working knowledge of technical English
