Car Rental Experience Specialist

Deine Aufgaben

• Assist customers with booking car rentals, modifying reservations, and processing cancellations.
• Provide accurate information regarding rental policies, insurance options, vehicle availability, and pricing.
• Address customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat while ensuring a seamless rental experience.
• Handle escalations professionally, resolving issues related to billing, damages, and service concerns.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow company policies for documentation.
• Stay updated on company policies, industry regulations, and promotional offers to provide the most up-to-date information.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

Dein Profil

Education: High school diploma or equivalent

Experience: Previous experience in car rental, travel, hospitality, or customer service preferred.

Languages: Fluency in English is required.

Skills:

• Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in reservation systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle difficult situations with professionalism.

Other: Availability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
