First interview went very well, however the second one was really chaotic. Interviewer blamed me for not using Payback app in a pretty rude way. Afterwards I received a few general questions, in regards to how I would build a new Payback product or which challenges the current one has and again was blamed for providing theoretical answers (to the questions which miss any details or pre-conditions). Normally if a product development company expects answers to the questions related to their own products, they send over a case study with the proper scope. A candidate is given time to work on the case study and present it in the next round. Therefore, a conversation between interviewer and candidate is much more productive, rather than speaking about some imaginable situation without providing any information upfront. I've been cut off in the middle of conversation and the interview was over. The interviewer again blamed me for not trying out the product and suggested not to repeat same mistake with another companies, which I find absolutely inappropriate and unprofessional.
