Ich habe mich bewusst dazu entschieden, diese Bewertung öffentlich zu teilen, da ich während meiner Zeit bei Samsung Semiconductor Europe GmbH ernsthafte und wiederholt belastende Erfahrungen gemacht habe.
Diese Probleme wurden von mir intern – einschließlich der Personalabteilung und der Führungsebene – klar angesprochen, jedoch ohne spürbare Konsequenzen oder Veränderung.
Es fällt mir nicht leicht, dies öffentlich zu machen, aber ich halte es für notwendig, weil ich der Überzeugung bin, dass ein respektvolles und ...
Very poor documentation at all levels.
Confusing instructions many time.. For namesake there is option to do 2 days/week home office but many manager do not allow employees take 2 days/week.
Keep working to improve on the things highlighted above. Whatever you reply to my feedback it won't change the reality, only facts will change it. You will keep losing talents which you cannot find replacement for if you keep denying the truth!

One suggestion for Korea HQ to have trust in other business units like Europe.
Quite tightfisted when it comes to providing new office appliance; phone, computer, etc. The appliances are from Samsung they are cheap for you!
The '' Zeus '' system is full of information and can sometimes be tricky... at least in the beginning. Maybe a little bit more explanation to understand the system better would be great.

Poor communication and inadequate information sharing created a work environment characterised by uncertainty, inefficiency, and mistrust. When essential information is inconsistently distributed, delayed, or selectively withheld, employees cannot make well-informed decisions or coordinate effectively with colleagues. This often resulted in duplicated work, avoidable errors, and frequent misunderstandings.

Horrible communication. Some managment people from HQ has very poor hold on English. So unfortunately they cannot express their opinion fully even if rarely they want to.

they are trying hard to give training to their employees but thousands of approvals need to be accepted in order to have an expensive training or not related to the field.
Management is also being trained becase there are very few leaders in the company which have been given this position in order to keep them happy/promote them to something... without previous experience!
