The selection process seemed normal in the first round, but the second seemed really improvised. Probably I was being used to test a new selection format, not that I agreed to it.
I received a rejection and despite inquiring multiple times for a written feedback, I was requested to attend to a meeting.
I have several improvement suggestions, but I am not exposing my experience in technical recruitment for free, especially after getting a rejection.
I did not like at all the application process. Hr was constantly drinking meanwhile our talk which I found not respectful as first image contact point of the company. I got a rejection the day after without valid reason and without having met the potential colleagues of the team I would have worked with, in a stage where a rejection might have had more sense. I asked for the reasons and did not receive any feedback. Wont apply again to this company anymore.
Improve the decision making skills of the hiring manager.
The salary range 80-90k for senior devs reported on glassdoor is in my opinion too high, not reflective of the industry and, in my opinion, not reflective of the company either.
2 months interview with 6 people is too long. Also it is good to appreciate the time of the candidate and provide a proper feedback, as the HR told me at the last call "there are not much feedback for you, there were some gaps".
What IDE do you use?
Don't waste your time with this company they won't respect your time. I met with a male recruiter which told that is going to schedule the next interview with the Hiring Manager. Obviously that never happened which is fine. What is not fine is not providing feedback (even if its negative) back to the candidates. I sent him two more mails asking for any sort of feedback, but nothing came back. Their HR is an absolute joke.
Why do want to leave your current job?
I applied for this role and scheduled a call with the recruiter. The call was 1h long and I shared a lot of personal details regarding my current role and the reason I would like to change.
It was told to me I would receive a "coding assignment" but I actually receiveda many days later a very generic and bland rejection letter, the template is exactly the one that are comes already pre-setted by the ATS. Maybe you think the applicants don't notice, but most of them really do.
In general, it is important to note that a coding challenge is basically unpaid work and the candidates find difficult to commit to it if they did not even meet the development team, especially the applicants with several responsabilities and a leadership role in their current job find hard to set time aside for a coding assignemt.

So verdient kununu Geld.
