What may have been preached at the top end of the spectrum wasn't really carried out once you dive down into departments.
At least in my experience, my manager basically used me for whenever she needed me and then once was done threw me out the door.
If you don't help your team your whole team pays for it so usually I saw teams working closely and supported each other through thick and thin.
I was shocked at the lack of interdepartmental work.

It's a nonprofit so you get what you expect. The benefits though are much better though.
I believe others departments didn't have the trouble I had but due to my manager, the environment that I worked under was high pressure, demeaning behavior from management and lack of appreciation for the work completed.
Same with company culture.
- Get rid of toxic management.
The goals, the ideas and the excitement of what we do.
The company prefers to keep on toxic employees that are workaholics instead of bettering the environment for the rest.
