  Tip # 1: Do your homework
  It makes an impression when candidates take the time to research and learn about the company you are introducing yourself to. You are also less nervous when you are prepared.

  Tip No. 2: Make a good impression
  Wear suitable clothing. If in doubt, be overdressed rather than under dressed. You are trendy with casual business attire, but a business suit is still appropriate. Perform professionally. And remember: what you say is not always remembered, but how you present yourself. Score with a firm handshake and keep eye contact. Sit straight during the interview and stay focused. You can see it when your thoughts wander.

  Tip No. 3: Be confident in yourself
  posture is everything in the business world. A job interview clearly shows how you deal with pressure. They don't want to look too nervous, but they don't want to be too relaxed either. Behave professionally without being unapproachable. It is best to stay yourself. You are an open and personable person. Let that shine through during your interview. We are looking for people who can exploit their potential in a team-oriented environment like ours.

  Tip # 4: Ask questions
  If you want to learn more about who we are and what we do, show interest. With your questions, you can also show that you have done your homework. Before starting the interview, make a list of questions to which you have not yet found an answer.

  Tip # 5: Sell yourself
  You were invited based on your qualifications. Make sure that you can confidently tell about your experiences at work and in training. We are interested in specific examples of how you contributed to an organization or learned something exciting. We see potential in you - so sell yourself by highlighting your skills and knowledge.

  Tip # 6: Ask for clarification
  Ask us to repeat a question if you don't understand it. The chances of your best answer are better if you know exactly what we're asking.

  Tip # 7: After the job interview

  It's good practice to thank the interviewers for taking the time for you. Ask for a business card from the person (s) you spoke to and send a short message after the interview. This is how we know that you liked what you heard and that you want to be remembered.

  Recruitment process
  Your written application documents are your business card. They can open doors for you. Take enough time to create a clean, complete and error-free dossier. Your online application should contain the following attachments:
  - Individual, meaningful letter of motivation
  - Complete, tabular curriculum vitae with current, serious application photo - Certificate of
  completion (Matura, Bachelor, Master or PhD)
  - Job references from internships and permanent positions
  - Language certificates

  We recommend PDF as the format. Please remember not to send your application without a comment. We are happy if you write a few lines about it. Your letter of motivation, however, belongs in the appendix.
