- Handle shipping and tracking inquiries with precision and professionalism.
- Process and resolve lost package claims and delivery delays.
- Manage customer account inquiries and shipping documentation.
- Monitor package tracking and provide proactive delivery updates.

Dein Profil
- Experience: 1+ years of experience in customer service, logistics, or related fields (Desirable).
- Schedule flexibility (evenings, weekends and holidays).
- Work Modality: Must be flexible to work on-site
- Education: Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent certification required.
- Language: English B2 Spoken & Written (CEFR).
