It is a great office with great people.
Everyone at the office is ver friendly and coming to work is fun!
The line managers support the personal development of their employees. Since there is no "exact" time recording TRUST is a given and lived throughout all hierarchy levels. However... to talk about "hierarchy levels" ... no manager or partner spreads the feeling of "being better".
At RPC we are all equal and approachable - no matter what level!
As a new employee you are welcomed with a on boarding seminar in which you get to know the different departments, vital info, etc.
Every employee is assigned to a specific line and has a line manager.
I absolutely enjoy working with my line manager.
She is supportive and always available when there are any questions/ concerns.
You do not feel that she/he is "your boss" - we are a team that has a supervisor that is approachable.
Every week there is a jour fixe in which all line relevant information within the team is being shared. As a team member you have the possibility to make suggestions but also be part of the decision making process (if possible).
All employees are very friendly, supportive and helpful.
If something is needed there is always someone to ask that will help you (eg when it comes to handing out tools for projects, share best practices, etc. Again, we transfer knowledge!
The projects at RPC are diverse and I have not seen a project so far that I would not like to be part of!

Within your project and/ or department team open communication and feedback is a given. Is is objective and supportive.
Every week there is a company-wide team jour fixe. This is a great way to learn about the internal and external development of RPC. Furthermore, every week a team (voluntarily) shares information about their (internal) project or really any topic of interest.
We are not here to bulk and hide information but to exchange knowledge so RPC and every member benefits from it as a whole.
Men and women are being treated equally.
In all hierarchy levels (besides the highest management) there is a balanced men/ women ratio.

Karriere / Weiterbildung
RPC has an own training academy.
Many different trainings are offered (business English, XLS training, presentation skills, conflict management, etc.). It is a great way to widen your knowledge and I am excited to take part in a training very soon!
Gehalt / Sozialleistungen
This is a consultancy that pay well based on the given responsibilities and previous work experiences.
A bonus structure is given, too.
RPC has a very new office, located very well right next to a underground station.
The offices are inviting and the office furniture is modern/ comfortable. Everything you need is given.
There is free coffee, tea, fruit and sweets.
We have one large kitchen in which we often all eat and cook together for lunch.
There is a gym in the same building where RPC members get a special rate.

You receive a Macbook (pro or air) and an iPhone that you can also use in your private time.
Since I am fairly new to RPC I can only give feedback on the work-life-balance based on what I have experienced so far.
We are a consultancy and generally speaking in this field working hours may be longer than for "regular" admin jobs.
However, it is the management's general wish that working hours are being kept to "normal" times.
Of course, as in any other job, there are times where there is a lot to do .... but then management also emphasizes that is is important to find a balance to that high.
Home office is allowed but as of now I cannot really say how well it is being lived.
Holiday times can be flexibly arranged with your responsible manager.
We are a team and I can definitely say that everyone enjoys working at RPC.
they all talk very positively about RPC as a company but also about other team members.
Ruthlessness is a big NO GO. with such an attitude you will not be successful here.
