Das Karriere bewertungssystem ist leider extrem subjektiv und schlägt von einem vorgesetzt zum nächsten innerhalb von 5 Monaten teils von übertrifft die Erwartungen zu benötigt unbedingt Verbesserung und umgekehrt.
Viele Punkte sind unglaublich schwammig und werden extrem unterschiedlich bewertet. Keine klarifizierung für die PMs durch zB die HR.
Katastrophal da keine karriereplanung möglich ist. Deswegen haben zahlreiche Kollegen die Firma verlassen
