For all developers and graphic artists who are looking to land a job, it would be great if you would submit a small selection of work samples with your application. This enables us to see where your strengths are and what style you prefer in programming or drawing. This in turn speeds up the application process and we can give you feeback faster.

Bevorzugte Bewerbungsform

We would be most happy to receive your detailed application (cover letter, CV and work samples), including your salary expectations and desired starting date, through our online application form. Please also briefly let us know how you got interested in InnoGames.

Auswahlverfahren

After submitting your application via our online form, you will automatically receive a confirmation of receipt. Your documents will then be screened by both HR and the respective department. Depending on the position, our application process may differ. The next steps may be a request of your art portfolio or coding samples, followed by a telephone interview by either HR or the hiring manager. Afterwards, a personal interview will be carried out with the respective team lead in combination with a technical test. If both parties wish to proceed, we’ll ensure that the paperwork is done speedily. You will receive support tailored to your individual needs to get you on-boarded. We give our best to ensure a quick and smooth application process in a casual atmosphere with a competency based interview. Our goal is to offer you the best position that fits your needs perfectly.

Arbeitsatmosphäre

Früher war es wie eine große Familie. Man hat gemeinsam an einem Strang gezogen. Heute herrscht eine Hinterzimmeratmosphäre was die Kommunikation angeht. Vieles ist sehr intransparent und man wird oft vor vollendete Tatsachen gestellt. Lautes Umfeld seit auf Großraumbüros gesetzt wurde. Durch neue Karrieremodelle scheinen viele nur noch auf ihre eigenen Vorteile bedacht zu sein. Durch höhere Personalfluktuation herrscht eine gewisse Unzufriedenheit.

Vorgesetztenverhalten

Wenig Wertschätzung seitens der Vorgesetzten. Ich habe es erlebt, dass sich Vorgesetzte lieber um andere Dinge als die Belange der Mitarbeiter gekümmert haben. Konflikte mit Vorgesetzten werden nicht professionell gelöst, sondern können das Leben des Mitarbeiters schwer machen.
