• Handling written and phone inquiries from marketplace merchants
• Merchant onboarding support
• Product listing and catalog support
• Order management support
• Billing and invoicing inquiries
• Marketplace information and guidance
• Product data validation and optimization
• Regulatory compliance support
• Ticket management and issue resolution

Dein Profil

• Advanced level (C1) of German
• The positions are bilingual, so a medium (B2) level of English is also required
• Availability for a full-time schedule, Monday- Friday, between 10:00 and 19:00
• Availability to attend full-time training (8 hours/day) for a period of 6 - 8 weeks
• Availability to work from home
• Previous experience in customer support is mandatory
• Passion for customer service and a solution-oriented mindset
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Confident use of standard PC and internet applications
• Professional and customer-focused approach
• Reliability, teamwork, and flexibility
