German Speaking Customer Representative

Deine Aufgaben

Through inbound channels, helping the customers with following topics;

• Respond to inbound customer inquiries related to the brand’s products and services (e.g. transfers, general information, transaction status, etc.)
• Provide information and basic guidance in a polite and customer-oriented manner
• When needed, redirect or escalate cases in accordance with internal procedures
• Follow company guidelines and stay informed about the brand’s service updates
• Aim to maintain a high level of service quality and customer satisfaction

Dein Profil

• Residency in İstanbul
• Advanced level of German with good level of English
• Strong communication and problem solving skills
• Comfortable using PC and basic CRM tools
• Ability to learn quickly and work in a dynamic environment
• Previous experience in customer service or call center roles is a plus
