Description
Join Our Dynamic Team as a Communications Specialist for Europe!
Are you passionate about crafting compelling messages and driving internal communications? TELUS Digital is seeking a talented and enthusiastic Communications Specialist to join our European Brand & Culture team!
About the Role
- Hybrid position based in Sofia with flexible remote work opportunities
- Support internal communications across multiple European locations
- Work alongside an international, multidisciplinary team in a dynamic environment
- Report directly to one of our Europe-based Communications Managers
Your Key Responsibilities
- Create engaging and high-quality content in English for various internal communication channels
- Develop compelling copy tailored to different audiences and communication platforms
- Support internal communication campaigns, change management initiatives, and employee engagement projects
- Manage and maintain key communication platforms, including our internal network, Cosmos
- Contribute to the company’s communication strategy and actively promote TELUS Digital’s culture and values
- Coordinate communication projects and support the organization of key events such as onsite and virtual Town Halls
What We’re Looking For
- Excellent communication and copywriting skills with strong attention to detail
- A proactive and creative mindset with the ability to simplify complex information
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within an international team
- Passion for corporate communications and employee engagement
Essential Requirements:
- Fluency in English (additional language skills in German also a plus)
- Outstanding written communication skills with attention to detail
- Qualification in communications, marketing, PR, or comparable work experience
- Minimum two years' experience in similar roles
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize effectively
- Experience in internal communications strategy and program delivery
