Customer Service Representative

Description

• Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner.
• Support customers with inquiries related to bookings, schedules, and general service information.
• Provide accurate guidance on policies, procedures, and service offerings.
• Resolve customer issues efficiently while ensuring high satisfaction levels.
• Coordinate with internal teams to handle escalations and complex cases.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the system.

• Open to freshersand candidates with at least 6 months of Customer Service experience.
• English proficiency: B2 level or above.
• Japanese proficiency: B2 level or above, with recognized certification (e.g. N3 or equivalent).
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle high-volume customer interactions in a fast-paced environment.
• Good customer-centric mindset and attention to detail.
