Fintech Customer Care Representative

Deine Aufgaben

• Serve as the primary point of contact for Payoneer Account Holders via designated communication channels.
• Provide accurate and professional support regarding account-related inquiries, products, services, and processes.
• Review customer accounts to ensure required documentation and services have been properly submitted and approved.
• Identify pending reviews, missing information, or unresolved issues and escalate cases to the appropriate internal departments.
• Monitor escalated cases and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution.
• Communicate case updates, outcomes, and resolutions clearly and professionally to customers.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and case activities.
• Adhere to company policies, quality standards, and service-level expectations.
• Deliver a high-quality customer experience while meeting performance and productivity goals.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple customer inquiries simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable working collaboratively with multiple internal departments.
• Availability to work on-site.
• Language: English B2 Spoken & Written (CEFR) & Turkish B1 Spoken & Written (CEFR)
