Colleagues who have been with the company for years
have to fight for a pay rise. Newly hired employees receive a higher salary. No Christmas bonus. 12 fixed salaries.

Salaries and monetary aspects are a major weak point in the company. Compensation is extremely below market standards, and salary increases are often ridiculous, sometimes not even keeping pace with annual inflation (especially for employees coming from the ProCredit group). Management is fully aware that this is one of the most sensitive and important topics for employees, yet they show little to no concern. Distribution of salaries is unfair, with favored employees receiving benefits while the majority are left behind, regardless of contribution or responsibility. Social benefits are minimal, and salaries are paid on time but offer no real reward for performance. Recently, the company has focused heavily on cost management, often reducing compensation due to decisions that rapidly increased costs over the past year. It makes no sense that employees should suffer financially because of certain upper levels decisions. Overall, this creates deep frustration, distrust, and demotivation among staff. The weakest point of this institution.

SCHRECKLICH! Und es ist ihnen einfach egal. Sie fügen ständig nutzlose „Vorteile” hinzu, kümmern sich aber nicht um das, was wirklich wichtig ist: Gehälter, Arbeitsbedingungen... Den Mitarbeitern wurde gesagt, dass es im September eine Gehaltsüberprüfung geben würde, aber bisher wurde noch nichts mitgeteilt.

Das Gehalt lag im marktüblichen Rahmen, aber nicht außergewöhnlich.

This is the weakest point of the company, in my opinion. No regular salary reviews and no bonuses, although the employees are constantly claiming for some changes, they insist on talking about "long-term development, a healthy work-life balance, and creating a responsible, ethical work environment, rather than short-term incentives", like if a bonus would make someone less ethical or long-term commited to their work. The company has reached many important achievements in the past months and the only thing we got was an email from the management saying "a big thank you". In sum, even if the employees are unhappy, there are no changes.
