- Project management needs a lot of improvements especially in the communication side & technical side Salaries are low compared to the market. Bad code quality, no QA, ignorant management Stop giving fake positive reviews from your own employees to Kununu & glassdoor HR replies to every review but they don’t point out their fault. The whole team is currently divided on the basis of the management favoritism, try to change it. Try to give proper job specifications and rectify the onboarding process.

My experience with HR was not good - When I went to them about the issues and concerns I had, they used it to retaliate. Management was mostly German males. They needed diversity and inclusion training. If you interview with them, I suggest asking for a breakdown of the leadership team and figuring out how many of them are non-German. There was an underlying tension with the HQ office in Leipzig that management fostered. It was exhausting to constantly feel at odds with my colleagues. I was even asked to report/tattle on what was going on in my office to HQ but felt uncomfortable. Management looked the other way when employees treated others inappropriately, I was hired to be a buffer between my difficult and disruptive management, and the employees in my office. I wish they disclosed this to me when I interviewed. I was talked to inappropriately but was not given constructive criticism on how to improve. I felt bullied.

Management is disconnected from teams. You can waste months to assure the obvious things.
Doing favoritism, no work flexibility, no proper feedback, no proper work structure after months of working here I felt lost.
Appsfactory brand is not known to anyone, they advertise that they are having world-class developers, also put fake reviews in Kununu & Glassdoor from their own employees threatening them that's it's part of their job.
