Die Kommunikation ist immer gut, höflich und respektvoll. Ausserdem hebt er immer die guten Dinge hervor und sagt mir wenn ich was gut oder hervorragend gemacht habe. Gibt aber auch konstruktive Kritik.
Das Arbeiten wird auf vernünftige Art und Weise gemacht. Man hat gewisse Struktur und auch Abwechslung. Alles in allem macht es sehr Spass mit einer sympathischen und fleissigen Person wie Fritz zu arbeiten.
