What employees don't like

Die Geschäftsführung besteht aus drei Personen, was in der Praxis zu widersprüchlichen Anweisungen führt – jeder kommuniziert anders, klare Strukturen fehlen.
Es herrscht eine deutliche Ungleichbehandlung: Einige wenige Mitarbeitende genießen deutlich bevorzugte Behandlung, was im Alltag spürbar und keineswegs diskret abläuft. Der Großteil des Teams fühlt sich dadurch weniger wertgeschätzt.
Der Umgang mit langjährigen älteren Mitarbeitenden lässt ebenfalls zu wünschen übrig – ihre Erfahrung wird kaum anerkannt, Kommunikation findet nur sehr selektiv statt.
