Flexible Work arrangements with Home Office and In Office, that you can bring your dog to work. A lot of great benefits like paid health insurance, contribution towards development and in office massages etc.
It has a great atmosphere, a good work-life balance, team spirit and care for its people. Your voice and ideas will be heard. You have the flexibility to work from the office, from home or both. The office is beautiful, very well located. There are also regular team events to integrate newcomers.
The flexibility here is remarkable. The ability to choose between working from home or at the office promotes a healthy work-life balance. I also appreciate the diversity within our teams, which brings an interesting dynamic to our collaborations. Moreover, the benefits, including coverage for the costs of health insurance, transportation- and wellness allowance, etc. demonstrate the company's dedication to it's employees.
Was Mitarbeitende schlecht finden
in the on boarding process the trainings were mainly recordings, which meant that a lot of times I would spend the full day without talking to anyone. This got better with time.
Ascent is not very well known in Switzerland, which may be a deterrent for potential employees. However, from my personal experience, Ascent is an amazing place to work, that offers many benefits and a supportive environment.

I’ve only been at Ascent Health Services for a short time, but I’ve felt welcomed from day one. My manager and the team in general create an environment of collaboration, trust, and respect that makes daily work genuinely enjoyable. Initiative is valued, communication is strong, and there’s real interest in each person’s professional growth. I’m very happy to be part of this company!
