Es ist ein Geben und ein Nehmen.
Ich hätte diesen Arbeitgeber nie verlassen, wenn es nicht diese private Veränderung gegeben hätte
kurze und schnelle Entscheidungswege.
Cooles und junges Team, super abwechslungsreiche Aufgaben und sehr moderne Ausstattung.
Die Ditcon ist ein toller Arbeitgeber und Fleiß wird hier definitiv belohnt. Man kann sich selbst mit eigenen Ideen einbringen und seinen Arbeitsbereich selbst strukturieren. Die Bezahlung ist überdurchschnittlich. Das Team ist jung und die Geschäftsführung sehr modern. Es ist definitiv ein Unternehmen mit Zukunft. Man bekommt viele Schulungen & Weiterbildungen geboten.

Ninja, es gibt nur wenige Parkplätze direkt vor dem Haus.
Ich persönlich bin sehr zufrieden. Würde mir dennoch wünschen, dass es mal eine Veranstaltung für die Mitarbeiter gibt, ein Sommerfest wäre toll!

Fällt mir spontan nix ein
Vielleicht ein zusätzliches Büro oder Anbau wenn wir weiter so wachsen und ständig größer werden. Und dazu noch ein paar mehr Parkplätze.

Weiterbildung wird bei der Ditcon definitiv stark gefördert. Ich kann mich hier nicht beschweren.
