We could stop drinking bottled water and drink more tap water.
- 1. Food coupons or "Free Lunch Fridays" for employees.
- 2. Friday champagne!
- 3. Obligatory break to be outside for 15-30 minutes in the afternoon (would definitely add employer efficiency compared to the "I have so much stuff to do I can't even take a 5 minute break" -attitude)
- 4. Make sure all employees (who can) use the sport benefit.
- 5. Team dinner once a month.
- 6. "Worker of the Week" -voting and winner gets a bottle of wine or something nice on Fridays.
- 7. Monday morning team breakfast.
- 8. Personal discussions monthly with partners regarding own work, improvement suggestions and future.
- 9. Team trip!
- Company hoodies and other stuff.
