Die offene Kommunikation, die Wertschätzung und Bemühungen den MA gegenüber, die Flexibilität, das tolle Arbeitsklima und, und, und....
Ich schätze an mgp, dass jeder Mitarbeiter gefördert wird und eine angenehme Atmosphäre geschaffen wird, in der man sich rundum wohlfühlt.
Maximale Flexibilität, sehr auf das Wohlbefinden der MA bedacht, tolles Arbeitsklima, super Teamzusammenhalt....
Man merkt, dass alles tolle Menschen sind, natürlich auch die Chefs/-in. Es macht super viel Spaß hier zu arbeiten.

Nicht ganz so viel Freiraum beim Homeoffice. Wäre schön wenn mehr Kollegen im Büro wären (für den Austausch und Teamgedanke).
