- Need to be more open to new ideas and new people. Seems a bit sexist in employment.
Immediate colleagues do listen and work together but overall not really working as a team or helping each other or other divisions in the company as a whole.
Not open enough to streamlining procedures, new ideas. Too bureaucratic. Important to the management that all hours are worked rather than focusing on work product, morale, allowing work-at-home, etc.
