Es besteht in diesem Zusammenhang ebenfalls die Gefahr, dass es zu massiver Einflussnahme durch unqualifizierte Mitarbeiter kommt, welche sich aber die mittel- und langfristiger Konsequenzen nicht im klaren sind.
