Es ist wohl einiges im Wandel, Urlaubstage, HomeOffice, Raumsituation.
Leider wurde das erst nach meiner Kündigung bekannt - mehr Kommunikation in dem Bereich.
Evtl. Externe Grundlagen Weiterbildungen für die spezifischen Produkte anbieten.

Ich hatte kein wirkliches Büro, aber war auch nur als Übergangslösung gedacht, aber Corona und Inflation haben den Gebäude-Neubau verhindert. Es wird wohl aber auch an der Raumsituation Änderungen geben

Altes Gebäude, alte Küche, marode Stühle, alte PCs und Bildschirme. Top Equipment. Homeoffice ist auch sehr sehr ungern dort gesehen. Erwähn es am besten garnicht.

Jeden Mittwoch 6h Schulung vom Vorgesetzten persönlich. Nächsten Mittwoch wird dann wie in der Schule abgefragt ob du dir auch ja alles gemerkt hast. Klar, ist ja nicht so dass die Arbeit schon einen genug das Hirn zermattert.

Es gibt aktuell nur interne Schulungen, zu Arbeitsrelevanten Themen, die zum Teil sehr in Detail gehen. Grundlagen muss man sich selbst erarbeiten.
