our company, we also conduct various marketing activities.
Vendor Management: the Vendor Management
is the heart of our company. It combines procurement and business development
and is a central interface to all other departments. We ensure the availability

customers. We also take care of broadening and deepening our assortment by
continually expanding our supplier network.
IT-Department – Software Development & Project Management: our software
development team takes care of both, our internal services and our e-commerce

Logistics: includes, in
addition to the procurement of goods, warehousing and transport to the final customers.

analyzed and optimized. The aim of logistics is always the fastest possible
delivery of the goods of best quality.
Customer Service: we are a young and
dynamic cross-functional team. We interact with customers to provide them with
information to address inquiries regarding products and services. In addition,
we deal with and help resolve any customer complaint and suggestion.
