E-Commerce shops: the main tasks of the e-commerce team are taking care of our Online Shops as well as ensuring their smooth functioning. We are responsible not only for the content management, defining and testing new features, but we also observe best practices in user experience.
Marketing & Design: we also have our own
designers and online marketing specialists, which allows us to carry out our
projects efficiently and with high quality. As the Online Shop is the face of
our company, we also conduct various marketing activities.
Vendor Management: the Vendor Management
is the heart of our company. It combines procurement and business development
and is a central interface to all other departments. We ensure the availability
of goods at the best possible price in the expected quality for all our
customers. We also take care of broadening and deepening our assortment by
continually expanding our supplier network.
IT-Department – Software Development & Project Management: our software development team takes care of both, our internal services and our e-commerce platform, which together serve millions of customers worldwide each year. At Dodax, we employ the best worldwide IT talents to work in a multicultural environment following agile practices in order to continuously deliver value and respond fast to customers and business needs.
Logistics: includes, in
addition to the procurement of goods, warehousing and transport to the final customers.
