I am afraid I had no chance to see the good side of the company.
I live in Munich. I was invited for an interview to Dresden by Personalreferentin. I was promised that all the expenses of the train back and forth would be covert by the company. A few days before the interview I got a call that the interview have to be postpone due to internal issues in the company. I was promised that I will get the money for the ticket I bought. The meeting was rescheduled about 2 weeks later by other Personalreferentin. I have asked from her and the first one, during the 2 weeks to get a refund of the ticket that I bought and was not used due to cancellation of the company. I was ignored for a week, and after a few emails, one of them answered me and requested to get all the details about the issue and the refund because the other one is on vocation and didn't pass the details to her. The funny thing is that they both use the same email, that means that both of them read the same mails and can see the same Email box. At the end I never got my money back and I have decided to cancel the second meeting because I was almost sure that it would be canceled and I will lose another money for the train ticket. Worst "Personalreferentin" I ever contacted with, both of them.
If the HR department works like that, I suppose that the whole company works this way.
