Die Geschäftsführung ist sehr offen und zugänglich; konstitutive Gespräche werden geschätzt

Flache Hierarchien und das Management ist zum "Anfassen" und hat immer ein offenes Ohr. Anregungen, Wünsche, Fragen werden ehrlich und spontan beantwortet.
Einfach alles. Ja, klingt unglaubwürdig, ist aber wirklich so! Es gibt einfach nichts auszusetzen!
FLEXiCODE ist als Arbeitgeber wirklich sehr fair. Was ich absolut toll finde, ist das Vertrauen und die Wertschätzung, die uns entgegengebracht wird. Die Unternehmensführung ist sehr menschlich, immer für Vorschläge offen und kommuniziert ehrlich. Die Kollegen sind ebenfalls richtig gut drauf und wahnsinnig kollegial. Die Arbeitszeiten sind komplett flexibel. Das macht das Arbeiten hier wirklich besonders und angenehm. Ich bin froh, hier arbeiten zu dürfen :)

Es gibt leider kein festes Einarbeitungskonzept oder Kontrollsystem, das sicherstellt, dass Vorgesetzte neue Mitarbeiter ausreichend unterstützen. Insgesamt fehlt die strukturierte Begleitung neuer Mitarbeiter während der Probezeit.

Ich fände es sehr wichtig, dass die Firma aus diesen Erfahrungen lernt und sich künftig vorab ein Konzept zur Einarbeitung überlegt.
